At TriggerTech Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain securely attached to the clothing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery marks are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
